Calling FSBO's
When I first started calling FSBO's I thought the goal was to find that person that was ready to list now (or could be convinced that they were ready now). It didn't take along for me to figure out that the real money was developing rapport with every owner that I could and to stick with them for the long haul. Hint - there is a lot of money to be found at the fifth week.
